We know choosing a wig, topper or hairpiece is personal. If your item is not quite right, please follow the return steps below so we can help you quickly and smoothly.
Hygiene matters
Please make sure your product is clean, complete and returned with all original packaging, tags, seals and protective security features intact.
We cannot accept products that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original seals and protective security features.

How to return your product
Check the condition
The product should be clean, complete and unused. Wigs may be tried on, but seals, tags and security features must remain in place.
Pack it carefully
Place the product back in its original packaging where possible and include your order number inside the parcel.
Send your return
Post the parcel to our returns address. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
We check and refund
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 4-10 working days.
